New How to Use NGPOD video now available through App
At NGPOD, we try hard to respond to our customers and their emerging needs.
As more healthcare providers adopt the NGPOD system, we learn more about what is effective for providing initial and ongoing support.
When we launched, amid the Covid 19 pandemic, we built the NGPOD App because we knew we couldn't be physically present as much as we would like to be.
We are developing an extensive range of support items with feedback and multiple users. The latest release is our new "How to Use NGPOD" video, available through our App and for installation on customers learning management system. In conjunction with Blended Learning Team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, the video made in their clinical simulation unit is seven minutes and thirty seconds of straightforward, simple instructions and what to do if information.
