Delete My Account

We're sorry to see you go! If you would like to delete your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Logout: Navigate to the account page in the mobile app. Click logout in the top right of the page and then confirm the logout request.

2. Request Account Deletion: To initiate the deletion process, please send an email to  info@ngpodglobal.com from the email address associated with your account. In the subject line, please include "Account Deletion Request" and provide your username or registered email address in the body of the email.

3. Processing Time: Once we receive your request, our team will verify your information and process the deletion. Please allow up to 10 business days for the deletion to be completed.

4. Permanent Deletion: Upon the successful deletion of your account, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems, and no data will be retained. This action is irreversible, and you will no longer have access to any data or content associated with your account.

5. Confirmation: After your account has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the process is complete.
